Full Management:

$0 Setup Fee at the time we take the account.

1/2 Months rent at the time a tenant is placed in the unit

10% per month thereafter to manage the property

$125 Lease Renewal Fee

Owners money is sent via ACH-Direct Deposit to your bank.

Owners statements are are published on Owners Portals.

If you have multiple properties or your property rents for over $1500 per month please call for special pricing.
