Please be prepared to pay the application of $50. Everyone over 18 years of age is required to apply.  All Application fee are non-refundable.  In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income. 

Co-Signer/Guarantor may be necessary, and if so, the Property Manager will let you know, and the application fee is $25 for them. You will need to be approved for a co-signer before they apply, or they will be charged the $50 and it is non-refundable. 

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. (Phone, email address and name). If you have any judgement's from a rental company or more than 5 late payments in a year in your rental history, you will not qualify for the unit. 

If you have collections from Utility Companies, Cables Companies or Cell phone companies you will not qualify for the unit. 

You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. (Combined from all occupants) 

My Credit score minimum is 590 and you may be required to put down as Last Month Rent. Credit scores over 700 with good rental history will not typically need a last month rent. 

Do you have an Emotional Support Animal? If so, please attach a Doctor's letter certifying your Disability and need for such animal (it must comply with ADA rules). The letter, photos and vet records will also need to be attached at the time of application. 

Provided all information at time of application. Any incomplete information at time of application will only delay your process. It usually takes 48 BUSINESS hours to process an application. 

If you are approved, you will get a letter via email that has all the instructions needed. You must pay the Hold Deposit within 24 hours of the letter being sent. If not, we will move on to the next application.

Appointments are schedule for 15 minutes in length. There may be multiple people see the unit at one time.
